You can think of concerned as a line drawn from a situation to you: this thing touches me, I am inside it. From that one line the whole word grows — if something touches you, it is on your mind; if it weighs on your mind, you are worried; and if you want to say which part of a situation you are talking about, you draw the line yourself with 'as far as … is concerned'.
可以想成有一條線從某件事拉到你身上：「這件事牽涉到我，我在裡面。」整個字都從這條線長出來——事情牽到你，它就會佔住你的心思；心思一沉下去，就變成擔心；而如果你想指出現在談的是哪一塊，就自己把那條線畫出來，說 as far as … is concerned。所以「相關」和「擔心」看起來像兩個字，其實是同一條線的兩段。
