1. 誰提供這個服務 / Who provides this service

rejoiceenglish.com（喜樂美語 Rejoice English Online，以下稱「本網站」）由 LexiCraft.XYZ（由 Kurt Chen 個人經營）（以下稱「我們」）經營。字脈辭典（/words）是 LexiCraft 的產品，透過本網站提供。

本網站提供：

學習包：考試準備與朗讀比賽的練習內容，一次購買。
班級授權（老師方案）：老師可以替學生建立練習用的檔案（座位）。
字脈：英文學習者辭典。查字的意思免費；完整解析需要訂閱。
免費內容：網站上標示免費的內容，不需要購買。

rejoiceenglish.com (喜樂美語 Rejoice English Online, the "Site") is operated by LexiCraft.XYZ, operated by Kurt Chen (individual) ("we", "us"). The 字脈 dictionary (/words) is a LexiCraft product offered through the Site.

The Site offers:

Packs: exam-prep and read-aloud practice content, bought once.
Class licences (teacher plan): a teacher creates practice profiles (seats) for students.
字脈: an English learner's dictionary. Looking up what a word means is free; the full analysis needs a subscription.
Free content: anything marked free on the Site.

2. 付款：Lemon Squeezy 是記錄商戶 / Payment: Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record

所有付費項目都透過 Lemon Squeezy 結帳。Lemon Squeezy 是這些交易的記錄商戶（Merchant of Record）：它負責收款、計算與繳納適用的稅、開立收據，也經手退款。結帳頁上顯示的商店名稱是「LexiCraft.XYZ」。

您的卡號等付款資料只由 Lemon Squeezy 和它的付款服務商處理，我們看不到，也不保存。
價格以結帳頁顯示的為準。
付款或收據的問題，可以寫信給我們，也可以直接聯絡 Lemon Squeezy。

All paid items are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record: it takes payment, calculates and remits any applicable tax, issues receipts and handles refunds. The checkout shows the store name "LexiCraft.XYZ".

Card details are handled only by Lemon Squeezy and its payment processors; we never see or store them.
The price shown at checkout is the price that applies.
For billing questions, write to us or contact Lemon Squeezy directly.

3. 帳號與登入 / Account and sign-in

您可以用 Google 帳號登入，或輸入 email 收登入連結，不需要密碼。
您的使用權限綁在 email 上。請用結帳時的同一個 email 登入，才看得到您買的內容。
我們也可能直接替某個 email 開通使用權限（例如測試或贈送），這個 email 第一次登入時就會生效。
請保管好您的信箱與 Google 帳號，能收到登入連結的人就能登入。
您可以隨時自己刪除帳號，見刪除帳號與《隱私權政策》。
Sign in with your Google account, or enter your email to receive a sign-in link. There is no password.
Access is tied to your email address. Sign in with the email you used at checkout to see what you bought.
We may also grant access directly to an email address (for example for testing or as a gift); it takes effect when that email first signs in.
Keep your inbox and Google account secure: anyone who can receive your sign-in link can sign in.
You can delete your account yourself at any time; see Delete account and the Privacy Policy.

4. 一次購買的學習包 / One-time packs

付款完成後，學習包會立刻開通，永久可以使用，不會自動續費。
許多學習包有免費試讀的部分，建議您先試讀再購買。
A pack unlocks as soon as payment completes and stays yours permanently. It does not renew.
Many packs have a free sample; we suggest trying it before you buy.

5. 字脈訂閱 / The 字脈 subscription

方案：月繳或年繳，價格以結帳頁為準。
8 天免費試用：第一次訂閱有 8 天免費試用，開始試用時完整解析就立刻開通。試用期間隨時取消，不用付任何費用；試用結束前沒有取消的話，試用結束時會自動收取第一期費用。
自動續訂：每一期（月或年）結束時自動續訂並扣款，直到您取消。
取消：隨時可以到 Lemon Squeezy 的訂閱管理頁取消，也可以寫信請我們幫忙。取消後不再扣款，完整解析用到已付費的這一期結束。
續訂通知：由 Lemon Squeezy 寄送；本網站本身不寄續訂提醒。
付款失敗：續訂扣款失敗時，Lemon Squeezy 可能會再試幾次；最後仍失敗的話，訂閱結束，完整解析停止。
訂閱結束後：查字的意思等免費內容照常可以使用；付費內容不再顯示，存在您裝置上的付費內容暫存也會清除。學習足跡依《隱私權政策》保存或刪除。
退款：見《退款與取消政策》。各種扣款的退款期限都寫在那裡。
Plans: monthly or annual; the checkout price applies.
8-day free trial: a first subscription starts with an 8-day free trial, and the full analysis starts at once. Cancelling during the trial costs nothing; if you do not cancel before it ends, the first period is charged automatically when it ends.
Automatic renewal: the subscription renews and is charged at the end of each period (month or year) until you cancel.
Cancelling: at any time from Lemon Squeezy's subscription page, or write to us and we will help. No further charges; the full analysis stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
Renewal notices come from Lemon Squeezy; the Site itself sends no renewal reminders.
Failed payment: Lemon Squeezy may retry a failed renewal; if it still fails, the subscription ends and the full analysis stops.
After the subscription ends: free content such as word meanings stays available; paid content is no longer shown, and paid content cached on your devices is cleared. Your learning footprint is kept or deleted as the Privacy Policy says.
Refunds: see the Refund & Cancellation Policy. It sets out the refund period for each kind of charge.

6. 使用授權 / Licence to use the content

購買或訂閱後，您可以在本網站上使用內容，作為個人學習之用。這項使用權是個人的、非專屬的、不能轉讓。班級授權讓購買的老師在所買的座位數內，給自己的學生使用。

請不要：

把帳號、登入連結或付費內容分享、轉售或出借給別人；
大量複製、下載、散布付費內容，或拿去做成其他教材或產品；
用程式自動抓取網站內容，包括字典內容；
試圖繞過付費機制。

如果有人違反這些規定，我們可能會暫停或終止相關的使用權限，並依法處理退款問題。

When you buy or subscribe, you may use the content on the Site for your own learning. This licence is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable. A class licence lets the purchasing teacher use it with their own students, up to the seats bought.

Please do not:

share, resell or lend your account, sign-in links or paid content;
copy, download or distribute paid content in bulk, or build other materials or products from it;
scrape the Site by automated means, including the dictionary;
try to get around the paywall.

If these rules are broken, we may suspend or end the access concerned, and any refund will be handled as the law requires.

7. 內容與免責 / Content and disclaimers

本網站的內容是學習材料與工具，可能幫助您更有效地練習，但不保證您會通過考試、得到某個分數或在比賽中得名。
我們盡力讓內容正確，但可能仍有錯誤，也可能沒跟上每一次考試制度的變動。發現錯誤時，歡迎寫信告訴我們。
字脈的說明內容是我們以電腦輔助整理的，可能仍有需要修正的地方。
服務可能因維護或第三方服務故障而暫時無法使用。
The Site's content is learning material and tools. It may help you practise more effectively, but it does not guarantee that you will pass an exam, reach a score or place in a competition.
We work to keep the content accurate, but it may still contain mistakes or miss a recent exam change. If you find a mistake, please tell us.
字脈's explanations are compiled by us with computer assistance and may still need correcting in places.
The service may be briefly unavailable for maintenance or because a third-party provider fails.

8. 字典資料來源 / Dictionary source material

字脈部分頁面會另外列出標示為「原始詞典資料」的內容。這些內容摘錄自 Wiktionary（英文維基詞典），依創用 CC 姓名標示－相同方式分享 4.0 授權條款（CC BY-SA 4.0）使用。我們有改動：選取部分內容、縮短並重新排版。經我們改動的 Wiktionary 內容，同樣以 CC BY-SA 4.0 授權提供。這項授權只涵蓋這些摘錄的 Wiktionary 內容，不涵蓋字脈其他由我們撰寫的內容。

Some 字脈 pages also list material labelled 原始詞典資料 ("raw dictionary source"). It is taken from Wiktionary and used under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 licence (CC BY-SA 4.0). We have adapted it: selected, shortened and reformatted. Our adapted Wiktionary material is available under the same CC BY-SA 4.0 licence. That licence covers only this Wiktionary material, not the rest of 字脈, which we wrote.

9. 責任限制 / Limitation of liability

在法律允許的範圍內，我們對因使用或無法使用本網站而產生的間接或衍生損失，不負賠償責任；我們的總賠償責任，以您在事情發生前 12 個月內實際支付給我們的金額為上限。這一條不會排除或限制法律不允許排除的責任，例如故意或重大過失的責任，也不影響您依消費者保護法享有的權利。

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using, or being unable to use, the Site, and our total liability is capped at what you actually paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. This does not exclude or limit any liability the law does not allow to be excluded, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, and does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

10. 準據法與管轄 / Governing law and jurisdiction

本條款以中華民國（台灣）法律為準據法。因本條款產生的爭議，以臺灣臺北地方法院為第一審管轄法院；但法律另有規定的，依其規定，您依消費者保護法等法律享有的權利不受影響。

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). The Taiwan Taipei District Court is the court of first instance for disputes arising from them, except where the law provides otherwise; this does not affect the rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or other law.

11. 條款與價格的修改 / Changes to these Terms and to prices

如果要調整價格，或對本條款做重大修改，我們會在生效日至少 30 天前，公告在本網站的 /legal 頁面，並更新上方的生效日期。
已經在訂閱的人，在新價格生效日之後的下一次續訂前，都維持原本的價格。
如果您不同意修改，可以在生效前取消訂閱。
Price changes and material changes to these Terms are posted on the Site's /legal pages at least 30 days before they take effect, with the effective date above updated.
Current subscribers keep their price until their next renewal after the new price takes effect.
If you do not agree with a change, you can cancel before it takes effect.
