本政策適用於 rejoiceenglish.com（喜樂美語 Rejoice English Online）與字脈辭典上的所有付費項目。賣方是 LexiCraft.XYZ（由 Kurt Chen 個人經營），付款由記錄商戶 Lemon Squeezy 處理。
This policy covers everything paid on rejoiceenglish.com (喜樂美語 Rejoice English Online) and the 字脈 dictionary. The seller is LexiCraft.XYZ, operated by Kurt Chen (individual); payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record.
1. 先試用：字脈的 8 天免費試用 / Try first: the 8-day 字脈 trial
消費者保護法第 19 條讓網路購物的消費者有 7 天可以解除契約。字脈用免費試用來讓您先用再決定：
- 您開始試用時，完整解析就立刻開通；
- 試用期是 8 天，這段時間內隨時取消，不用付任何費用，也不會扣款；
- 試用結束前沒有取消的話，試用結束時才會收取第一期費用。
Article 19 of Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act gives online buyers 7 days to cancel. 字脈 lets you use it first and decide afterwards, through a free trial:
- the full analysis starts as soon as you start the trial;
- the trial lasts 8 days, and cancelling at any time during it costs nothing and nothing is charged;
- if you do not cancel before the trial ends, the first period is charged when it ends.
2. 退款期限 / When you can get a refund
以下的天數，都從那一筆扣款的當天起算。在期限內申請，不需要說明理由。
- 一次購買的學習包、班級授權（老師方案）：7 天內全額退款。之後原則上不退款（第 3 節的情況除外）。
- 字脈：試用結束後的第一次扣款：7 天內可以退款，但會扣除付款手續費。之後，月繳不退款；年繳在第 8–14 天內仍可退款，同樣扣除付款手續費。
- 字脈：月繳的每一次續訂：7 天內全額退款。之後這個月的費用不退。
- 字脈：年繳的其他扣款與每一次續訂：7 天內全額退款；第 8–14 天內可以退款，但會扣除付款手續費。第 14 天之後，不按比例退款。
付款手續費是 Lemon Squeezy 與付款服務商處理這筆付款時收取、退款時不會退回的費用。扣除手續費時，其餘金額全部退還給您。
不退款的時候，您仍然可以隨時取消，並用到已付費的這一期（月或年）結束。
Each period below counts from the day of that charge. Within these periods no reason is needed.
- One-time packs and class licences (teacher plan): full refund within 7 days. After that we generally do not refund, except in the cases in section 3.
- 字脈: the first charge after the trial: refund within 7 days minus the payment-processing fees. After that, a monthly charge is not refunded; an annual charge can still be refunded on days 8–14, again minus the payment-processing fees.
- 字脈: each monthly renewal: full refund within 7 days. After that, that month's charge is not refunded.
- 字脈: any other annual charge and each annual renewal: full refund within 7 days; refund minus the payment-processing fees on days 8–14. After day 14 there is no pro-rata refund.
Payment-processing fees are what Lemon Squeezy and the payment processors charge to handle the payment, which are not returned when it is refunded. Where they are deducted, you get the rest of the amount back.
Where no refund applies, you can still cancel at any time and keep access to the end of the period (month or year) you have paid for.
3. 不論過了幾天，一定處理的情況 / Always put right, whatever the date
以下情況，不論扣款是多久以前，請寫信給我們，我們會全額退款：
- 同一筆款項被重複扣款；
- 您取消之後，仍然被扣款；
- 您收到的內容和購買頁面上的說明明顯不符；
- 因為我們這邊的技術問題，您無法使用已購買的內容，而我們在您告訴我們之後 7 天內沒有修好。
In these cases, however long ago the charge was, write to us and we will refund in full:
- you were charged twice for the same thing;
- you were charged after you cancelled;
- what you received clearly does not match the description on the purchase page;
- a technical fault on our side stops you using what you bought, and we have not fixed it within 7 days of you telling us.
4. 退款之後 / What a refund does
退款會結束這筆購買或這個訂閱帶來的使用權限：
- 學習包退款後，這個學習包會關閉；
- 班級授權退款後，這個班級授權會取消；
- 字脈的扣款退款後，這個訂閱會取消，完整解析停止。查字的意思等免費內容照常可以使用。
如果您另外還有別的有效購買或授權（例如另一筆購買），那一部分不受影響。
A refund ends the access that purchase or subscription gave:
- a refunded pack is closed;
- a refunded class licence is cancelled;
- when a 字脈 charge is refunded, that subscription is cancelled and the full analysis stops. Free content, such as what a word means, stays available.
Access you hold for another reason, such as a separate purchase, is not affected.
5. 取消字脈訂閱 / Cancelling a 字脈 subscription
怎麼取消：到 Lemon Squeezy 的訂閱管理頁，輸入付款時用的 email，就可以取消。也可以寫信請我們幫您取消。
試用期間取消：不會被收費，也不會扣款。
付費後取消：之後不再扣款，完整解析用到已付費的這一期（月或年）結束。
續訂提醒：續訂相關的通知由 Lemon Squeezy 寄送；本網站本身不寄續訂提醒。
刪除帳號不會自動取消訂閱：如果要刪除帳號，請先取消訂閱。
How to cancel: go to Lemon Squeezy's subscription page and enter the email you paid with. You can also write to us and we will cancel it for you.
Cancelling during the trial: nothing is charged.
Cancelling after paying: no further charges, and the full analysis stays on until the end of the period (month or year) you have paid for.
Renewal notices come from Lemon Squeezy; the Site itself sends no renewal reminders.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: please cancel first if you plan to delete your account.
6. 如何申請 / How to ask
請寫信到 [email protected]，附上購買時用的 email、Lemon Squeezy 的訂單編號（在收據 email 裡），以及您要退款的是哪一筆。在第 2 節的期限內申請，不需要說明理由。
我們會在 5 個工作天內回覆。退款由 Lemon Squeezy 退回您原本的付款方式，實際入帳時間依 Lemon Squeezy 和您的發卡銀行而定。
如果有問題，建議先寫信給我們，再考慮向發卡銀行申請爭議款（chargeback）；爭議款通常比直接來信慢。
Write to [email protected] with the email you bought with, the Lemon Squeezy order number (in the receipt email), and which charge you want refunded. Within the periods in section 2, no reason is needed.
We reply within 5 business days. Refunds are made by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method; when the money arrives depends on Lemon Squeezy and your card issuer.
If something is wrong, it is usually quicker to write to us first before filing a chargeback with your card issuer.
