    「relevant」講的是「跟現在正在談的這件事直接有關、用得上」。可以想成把一份資料放到天平上，跟主題對得上、有幫助，就是 relevant。它和 related 容易搞混：related 只是「兩件事有關聯」，relevant 更強調「對眼前的問題有用、切題」。常接 to，relevant to the topic。

When the two are tied — when the first really touches and bears on the second — that thing is 'relevant'.
