Think of it as the whole state of a life going well — body, mind, and daily conditions together — not just being free of illness or feeling happy for a moment.
比較像「整個人此刻過得好不好」的一張總表：身體有沒有不舒服、心裡踏不踏實、日子過得安不安穩，全部加起來的那個狀態。字面拆開就是 well（好）+ being（存在、活著的狀態）——不是某件事做得好，而是「活著這件事本身處在好的狀態」。所以它跟 health 不一樣：health 偏向身體有沒有毛病，well-being 則把心情、關係、生活安不安定都算進去。它也不是一個瞬間的情緒高點，而是一段時間裡持續的底盤狀態——你可以今天心情不好，但整體 well-being 仍然不錯。
