One way to picture sunshine: the light and warmth actually landing on you when the sky is clear — not the sun itself, but what reaches your face. English then lends that warmth to happiness, and finally uses it as a name for someone, which can be or, said , quite the opposite.

可以想成 sunshine 是天空放晴時真正落在你身上的那份光和暖——重點不是太陽本身，而是照到臉上的那個東西。英文接著把這份暖借給快樂，最後還拿它來叫人；語氣好的時候是親暱，語氣一沉，意思就完全反過來。
