Picture someone reaching forward toward something they don't yet have — eyes fixed on a goal, body leaning that way, putting in effort to close the gap and reach it. 'Seek' is that forward reaching: not just wanting, but actively going after. Whether the target is a thing to get, help to receive, or a place to find, the same motion runs underneath — a deliberate move toward what you're after.

可以想成一個人朝著自己還沒得到的東西伸手前進：眼睛盯著目標，身體往那邊傾，使力要把距離縮短、把它搆到。Seek 就是這個「朝目標主動伸手、努力去搆」的動作——不只是心裡想要，而是真的動起來去追。不管目標是一樣想得到的東西、一份想要的協助、還是一個想找到的地方，底下都是同一個動作：刻意地朝你所追求的那個方向移動過去。
