Someone who illegally enters a building or area, usually in order to steal something.
入侵者
One way to picture it: a person who pushes their way in through a line they were never invited to cross — a door, a fence, a room that was closed to them. The word carries the feeling of a boundary being broken from outside.
有一條線本來把「裡面」和「外面」分開——一扇鎖上的門、一道圍牆、一個屬於某些人的空間——然後有個人硬是從外面推進來。intruder 這個字的重量幾乎都落在那個「越線」的動作上：不是他做了什麼壞事，而是他出現在一個沒有人請他來的裡面。字根 in-（進入）加 trude（推、擠）本身就是「往裡面推」，-er 再把它變成做這件事的人。

From Latin in- ('in') + trudere ('to push, thrust'), with the agent ending -er: literally 'one who pushes in'.
intrude 來自拉丁文 in-（進入）+ trūdō（推、擠），字面上就是「往裡面推」；-er 是「做這件事的人」的字尾。所以 intruder 從構造上看就是「硬推進來的那個人」——現代兩個意思都還牢牢貼著這個推門而入的畫面。
