Picture your body acting as a sensor: something touches you, or something happens inside you, and you become aware of it. 'Feel' is that moment of registering a sensation — first on the skin, then deeper, all the way to the heart and the mind.

可以想成：你的身體就是一台感應器。有東西碰到你，或是身體裡起了某種變化，你就「接收」到了那個訊號。feel 就是這個「察覺到一股感受」的瞬間——一開始是皮膚上的觸碰，後來往內延伸，一路通到內心和腦袋裡的想法。

Old English 'felan' meant to perceive by touch; the word started at the skin and spread inward to emotions and opinions.
