The activity of going for walks for fun or for exercise, especially in the countryside or in the mountains.
健行
A person moving along on their own two feet — one foot always still on the ground, no rushing, going somewhere step by step. From that one picture the word grows two ways: it names the activity itself (a day out walking in the hills, or the race where you must keep one foot down), and it turns into a joke about a person, as if some quality had grown legs and were walking around inside them.
可以想成「一個人靠自己的兩隻腳往前移動」的畫面：總有一隻腳踩在地上，不急不趕，一步一步把自己帶到別的地方。這個字從這個畫面長出兩條路。一條留在字面上，指這件事本身——週末到山裡走一天，或是那種規定不准跑起來的競走比賽。另一條是玩笑話：把某個特質說成長了腳、在某個人身上到處走動，於是「他就是一本會走路的字典」。後面這條路只活在幾個固定說法裡，不能自己隨便造。
