喜樂美語

A way of talking about something that happens inside the mind — not in the body, not out in the world. One useful picture: you point at a person and say 'the part of this that is going on in their head'.

把一個人「切開兩層」——一層是看得見的身體和外在世界，另一層是腦袋裡正在跑的東西（想法、感受、怕什麼、信什麼）。psychologically 就是伸手指向後面那一層說：「我現在講的是這一層的事。」所以同一件事可以有兩種說法：他 physically 沒受傷，但 psychologically 受了很大的衝擊——身體那層沒事，腦袋那層有事。這個字本身不評價那層東西是好是壞，只負責標明「我談的是心裡面」。
