You can picture 'organization' as the act of putting many separate parts into a working order — like an organ in the body, where different pieces are arranged so the whole thing functions. From that one idea grow both the doing of it (arranging things well) and the result of it (a group, or a structure, whose parts are arranged to work together).
可以把 organization 想成「把許多分散的部分排進一個能運作的秩序裡」——就像身體裡的 organ（器官），不同的部件被安排好，整體才能運轉。從這一個畫面，長出了「做這件事」（把東西安排妥當）和「做出來的結果」（一個各部分配合運作的團體，或一套架構）兩邊。
