Think of a tired face with loose skin, and a hand lifting that skin so it sits tight and fresh again. Nothing about the person has changed — same eyes, same voice, same life — but the surface looks newer. Everything facelift means grows out of that one movement: take what is worn on the outside, lift it, and leave what is underneath alone.
