The process of learning or teaching the skills needed for a particular job or activity.

You can picture training as the steady, repeated shaping that turns 'cannot yet' into 'can': you go through a course of practice and instruction, and step by step a skill or a fit body is built into you. Both senses are the same process — one builds a job skill, the other builds physical readiness — just pointed at different targets.
可以想成 training 是一種穩定、反覆的「塑形」過程，把「還不會」磨成「會」：你經過一段練習與指導，一步一步把某個技能或一副健壯的身體養成出來。兩個意思其實是同一個過程，只是瞄準不同目標——一個練出職場技能，一個練出體能與備賽狀態。
