used to say that a number, a time, or a detail is completely correct — not more, not less, and nothing changed.
正好；確切地
Picture two things laid on top of each other with no overhang anywhere — the fit is perfect, nothing left over on either side. Exactly claims that perfect fit. Once the word means "a perfect match", the negative becomes useful too: not exactly says the fit is off, sometimes only slightly, sometimes completely.
可以想成：兩樣東西疊在一起，四邊都沒有多出來——完全密合，哪一邊都沒有餘料。exactly 主張的就是這種完全吻合。而一旦這個字代表「完全吻合」，它的否定就變得很好用：not exactly 是說「疊不太上」，有時只差一點點，有時根本差得遠——後者其實是在說反話。
