in a way that is very big and happens quickly — used when an amount, a number, or a situation goes up, goes down, or changes a lot in a short time.
大幅地；急遽地
Think of an actor on a stage. They never just lift a hand a little — every movement is made big enough for the back row to see, and the whole room turns to look. `dramatically` carries that stage-sized feeling: whatever it describes is not small, not quiet, not gradual. It happens in a way you cannot miss.
可以想成舞台上的演員：他不會只是輕輕抬一下手，每個動作都放大到最後一排也看得見，整個場子的眼睛都被拉過去。dramatically 就帶著這種「舞台尺寸」的味道——它形容的事情不小、不安靜、也不是慢慢來的，而是大到你不可能沒注意到。從這個畫面出發，兩個用法都說得通。
