Dizziness is the feeling that everything around you is spinning, or that you might lose your balance and fall. It can happen when you stand up too fast, when you're sick, when you spin around in a circle, or sometimes for no clear reason at all. It's a symptom, not an illness by itself, so doctors usually ask more questions to find out what's causing it.
