Relating to behavior — the way a person or animal acts. It's used a lot in psychology and medicine: "behavioral therapy" is a type of therapy focused on changing actions and habits, not just feelings, and "behavioral problems" describes when someone, often a child, acts in difficult or disruptive ways.
