Someone who has come with a weapon on them. Not just able to fight — actually carrying the thing, so that everyone in the room has to take it into account.

可以想成「身上帶著武器來的人」：重點不在他會不會打，而在那個東西真的就在他手上或身上，所以現場每個人都得把它算進去。armed 描述的是一種「已經裝備好了」的狀態——武器帶了、隨時可以用。這個 arm 跟手臂的 arm 長得一樣，但這裡走的是「武器、裝備」那條線。
