    「well-built」是形容一個人「一眼看過去就很結實」的體型：高、肩膀寬、身體厚實。跟旁邊幾個字放在一起看比較清楚——strong 講的是「搬得動重東西」（身體會做什麼），muscular 講的是「看得到一塊一塊的肌肉」，well-built 講的是整體的骨架和體格。build 本來是「蓋房子」，所以 well-built 可以想成「這個人像一棟蓋得很好的房子」，架構穩、比例好；用在人身上就是「身材長得結實勻稱」。男生女生都能用，中文常說的「體格很好」「很壯」就是這個字。
