正式Relating to territory (land or area that belongs to someone, like a country). 'A territorial dispute' is an argument between countries about who owns a piece of land. It also describes an animal or person who feels very protective and about 'their' space - a dog can be territorial about its yard, and a person can be territorial about their desk at work.
