Signage is all the signs in a place, taken as a group: the boards, arrows, names, and warnings in a building, a station, a street, or a shop. Designers and shop owners use this word; most people just say the signs. You do not usually say a signage for one board. Though actually, speakers stretch it a little: good signage often means the signs are clear, not only that they are there. It is a practical, slightly official word.
