Secrecy is the state of keeping something hidden or unknown to others — the quality of being secret. "The plan was made in complete secrecy" means nobody outside a small group knew about it. It's often used about serious or official situations, like government secrecy — for everyday small secrets, people are more likely to just say "it's a secret" than use the word "secrecy."
