Something coming back after something else hits — a reaction sent back in answer to what happened or was said. Whether it's a feeling that rises up or actual words you send back, it's the same 'answering back' movement.
可以想成有件事先發生、像球丟過來，然後你這邊有東西「回」過去：一個因應、一個回應。不管回過去的是心裡湧起的反應，還是實際說出口、寫下來的話，背後都是同一個「對著來的東西回過去」的動作。
