To replicate something means to make an exact copy of it, or to do it again in exactly the same way — scientists replicate an experiment to check if they get the same result twice, and a factory can replicate a product exactly. It is a more precise, technical-sounding word than 'copy' — you'll see it most in science, research, and technology.
