    A part of a piece of writing that has one or more sentences about one main idea, and starts on a new line.

    「paragraph」是英文寫作裡的「段落」——把幾個句子放在一起，圍繞同一個主要想法，然後另起一行開始下一段。可以想成把一篇文章切成一塊一塊，每一塊（段落）只講一個主要想法，讀者比較容易跟得上。段落之間通常會空一行或內縮，提醒讀者「新的想法開始了」。
