    A very strong interest in something, or a very strong worry about something, that is not healthy and that stops you from thinking about anything else.

    obsession 講的不是普通的喜歡，而是「停不下來」的那種：一件事把腦袋佔滿，其他事情都被擠出去。它可以是喜歡的事（an obsession with a game），也可以是擔心的事（an obsession with being on time），英文用這個字的時候，幾乎都帶著「這樣有點過頭了」的味道。可以想成腦袋裡有一件事一直坐在門口不走，把別的念頭都擋在外面；passion（熱情）會讓生活變大，obsession 會讓生活變小。後面固定接 with。
