午餐
You can picture 'lunch' very simply: the meal you eat in the middle of the day. Everything else is this one everyday meal — turned into a verb (to have it), or borrowed into a couple of fixed sayings.
可以想成最日常的一幕：白天中午吃的那一餐。其他用法都是從這一餐長出來的——把它變成動詞（去吃這一餐），或是被借進幾句固定的俗語裡。
