Ludicrousness is the noun: the quality of being completely unreasonable, stupid, or wrong. You point at the ludicrousness of a plan, a rule, or a claim — the absurdity of it, as a thing you can name. It is more formal and less common than the adjective ludicrous; in speech people often just say how ludicrous it is, or call it absurdity. You will meet it in essays and opinion pieces more than in chat. It names the quality, not a funny person.
