- 1耐力;忍耐力(運動多說「耐力」)
Endurance is the power to keep going when something is difficult or painful for a long time. Athletes talk about it in long and long training. You also need it for slow, heavy work, for illness, or for a hard period in life that does not end in a day. It is not the same as being fast, or being brave in one moment; it is about lasting. In sport, it is often a body word: how long you can keep working. In stories and news it can also be mental: staying with a problem without giving up.
