Dosh is an informal British word for money. “I’ve got no dosh” means “I have no money to spend.” It is friendly, slightly slang — fine in speech and casual writing, not on a bank form or in an essay. American speakers generally do not use it; they are more likely to say cash, bucks, or dough. It is only about money, not about a computer system or a French word that looks similar.
