Deceitfulness is the quality of being deceitful — the habit or character of lying, or hiding the truth, to get what you want. It is uncountable: we do not say a deceitfulness. You meet it in serious writing about a person's nature, not much in daily chat. In speech, people are far more likely to say He's so deceitful than to name his deceitfulness. One lie is a lie, or deceit; deceitfulness is the streak in the person that keeps producing those lies.
