Compulsorily means you do something because you have to, not because you want to. The law says so, or a person in charge says so. A government may vaccinate people compulsorily; a company may send workers home compulsorily. It is a stiff, official word. In speech, people more often say you have to or it is compulsory. This -ly form just tells you how it happened: in a must-do way. Though actually, it looks like a mouthful, and sometimes write compulsoryly; the y changes to i: compulsorily.
