Two things moving through the same stretch of time or space side by side, one of them clearly the main one and the other travelling with it. A nurse walking a patient to the door; a sound that arrives with the thing that makes it.

可以想成兩樣東西並排走過同一段路或同一段時間：其中一個是主角，另一個跟著它一起出現。像護士陪病人走到門口，護士不是主角，但整段路上都在旁邊。這個「同行」的畫面往後延伸，就不一定要是人——聲音、文件、症狀，只要是跟主角一起出現、貼著它走，都可以用 accompany。
